Motivator, Adviser / Strategist

As a motivator, my first action is to listen. I have seen that a person who can talk enough about their hopes, desires and goals will usually come to their own realizations.
Second, if the person needs inspiration to keep talking, I know how to suggest things to keep them talking.,
If I am asked, I will contribute advice / strategy.
One main thing I learned doing this work is that the more I strengthen why I want to do something, it creates the what to do. Also, the easier in how to do it.
