MOTIVATOR / ADVISOR

Most people, at times, need some motivation and / or advice.
I love to motivate and feel confident in giving good advice. My expertise comes from something more than the life I have led or from schooling, though I’ve experienced much in life and I graduated from college. My main expertise is an innate intuition.
As a motivator / advisor, my first action is to listen. I have seen that a person who can talk enough about their desires will come to some of their own realizations. Second, if the person gets stuck while talking, I've learned to be detached; to suggest things to keep the person on the road to their self discovery instead of me saying what I would want if I was in their same situation.
One main thing I learned in doing this work----the more I know “why” I want to do a project or a career, the easier it is to know “how' to do the project or the career.
